Sundale is hiring an Organisational Change Manager to lead the people side of change across our transformation portfolio. Working within the Enterprise Project Management Office, you will design, deliver and sustain change interventions that minimise disruption to care and operations.
You will partner with sponsors, leaders and PMOs to embed adoption, build change capability, and lift the organisation's change maturity while aligning with Sundale’s Strategic Roadmap and the Sundale Way operating
