An exciting opportunity exists to join a well-established property owner in a hands-on Operations Manager role, taking ownership of facilities management, compliance and day-to-day operations across a quality retail portfolio, overseeing contractors, WHS, essential services, capital works, fit-outs, budgets and long-term asset planning while working with a collaborative team to deliver safe, high-performing assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage facilities operations across multiple retail sites
- Oversee contractors, cleaning,



security and essential services
- Ensure WHS, compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- Prepare budgets, Capex planning and monthly operational reporting
- Coordinate fit-outs, maintenance and minimise disruption to retailers
- Drive high presentation and operational standards across the portfolio

About You

- Experience in retail or commercial facilities/property operations
- Strong knowledge of WHS, compliance and building services
- Hands-on, proactive and confident managing contractorsAble to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider team
