We're looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketing Coordinator who enjoys combining creativity, technology and data to generate qualified leads, strengthen our digital presence and support business growth.
This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll have the chance to take ownership, bring ideas to the table and help shape how one of Australia's growing packaging manufacturers connects with customers.

The Opportunity
Working closely with our commercial team, you'll:
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence.
- Maintain and improve our website and SEO.
- Create engaging content including customer stories, videos and product launches.
- Coordinate email marketing and marketing automation.
- Produce professional sales and marketing collateral.
- Support trade shows, customer events and award submissions.
- Analyse campaign performance and continually improve results.
We're looking for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, challenging conventional thinking and using marketing to create measurable commercial outcomes; not someone who simply waits for instructions.
About You
You’ll be:
- Commercially minded and proactive.
- Creative with a strong focus on results.
- Comfortable using AI and technology to improve productivity.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple projects.
Experience in B2B marketing, LinkedIn marketing, website management, digital campaigns and content creation will be highly regarded.
