We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy logistics and yard operation based at Lytton. This is a hands-on, no-nonsense role where you'll be working across a wide variety of freight types including steel products, mining supplies, general cargo, and even vehicle unloading.

This is not a sit-on-the-forklift-all-day role. You'll be part of a team unloading containers, palletising goods, working in the yard, and supporting daily operations across the site. The environment is fast-paced, outdoors, and requires someone who can keep up and get stuck in.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Unload containers with a mix of forklift work and manual handling
- Operate counterbalance forklifts across yard and warehouse operations
- Palletise a wide range of goods including steel, cartons, and industrial freight
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks in the yard
- Support container unpacking including vehicle unloading (driving vehicles out of containers)
- Work across different freight types including oversized and irregular loads
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- Minimum 2 years' forklift operating experience
- Experience with larger forklifts (12-16 tonne) highly regarded but not essential
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Physically fit and able to handle manual, hands-on tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a robust work ethic
- Resilient, reliable, and able to work within a tight-knit team

Shift & Pay

- Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Monday to Friday
- $36.00 per hour + OT
- Ongoing work with long term potential
