We're seeking a full-time Customer & Logistics Coordinator who takes pride in keeping things organised, ensuring customers stay informed, and coordinating the many moving parts that contribute to a successful delivery experience.

This role sits at the centre of our delivery process, working closely with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure orders and services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for coordinating multiple activities simultaneously, tracking progress, communicating updates, identifying potential issues before they become problems, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed every step of the way.

Success in this role comes from a combination of strong customer service skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Our systems, processes, and customer environments are sophisticated and require a commitment to learning. Full training will be provided, however the successful candidate will be someone who enjoys becoming an expert, embraces continuous learning, and takes pride in mastering the details.

What You'll Do

- Answer inbound customer and reception enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Process customer orders accurately, maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and attention to detail.
- Coordinate multiple customer deliveries, supplier engagements, and logistics activities simultaneously.
- Proactively communicate order status,



delivery milestones, and updates to customers.
- Manage expectations and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipments and deliveries, ensuring activities remain on track and resolving issues as they arise.
- Identify risks, delays, or obstacles that may impact delivery outcomes and escalates where appropriate.
- Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure hardware is prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Generate customer invoices and maintain accurate transactional records.
- Coordinate returns, replacements, warranty claims, and product remediation activities.
- Maintain accurate information across internal systems and ensure all customer records remain current.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer, logistics, and delivery processes.

Ideal Experience

While not essential, we'd love to hear from candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Project Coordination
- Delivery Coordination
- Account Administration

Experience coordinating stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and maintaining accurate information across business systems will be highly regarded.
