We’re looking for an experienced Carpenter, Builder, or Construction Skilled ready to transition into a Building Investigator role.

What you’ll be doing
- Inspect homes and buildings to identify defects and structural issues

and construction faults
- Work alongside engineers to determine root causes
- Prepare clear reports (full training provided)
- Recommend practical, buildable repair solutions
- Liaise with builders, homeowners, and insurers
What you bring
- Strong understanding of residential construction
- Eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently across sites
Highly regarded:
- QBCC Builder / Carpenter licence (or eligible)
- Experience with defect work or insurance repairs
