What You’ll Do

As part of our Work & Earn Educator Program, you’ll be paid while you train, combining on the job learning with a structured, supported qualification pathway. You’ll gain real experience in a local school setting with mentoring and study support built into your role allowing you to earn an income, learn new skills and work towards a recognised qualification at the same time - with an ongoing placement at the completion of your studies!

You’ll be right at the heart of the action, supporting children before school, after school and during school holidays in a fun, welcoming environment.

You’ll work alongside experienced educators to help design and deliver a safe, engaging and compliant program for primary aged children.

You’ll lead and support exciting daily activities that encourage learning,



creativity and connection while ensuring every child feels included and supported.

You Are and What We Are Looking For

You don’t need to be a qualified educator to apply - we’re looking for people who are motivated, reliable and ready to grow with us.

• A genuine interest in working with primary aged children and contributing to their learning, play and wellbeing

• A positive, caring attitude and a willingness to learn on the job while completing a paid for and supported qualification

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team

• A commitment to being organised, dependable and committed to following safety and compliance requirements

• The ability to balance work and study with support from mentors and your training provider

• A desire to build a long term career locally while staying connected to your community
