Christian Community Ministries (CCM) is seeking an experienced and mission-driven educational leader to serve as Principal of Cornerstone Christian College, a well-established K–12 Christian school located in the thriving coastal community of Busselton in Western Australia’s South West.
Founded in 1986 and now educating more than 400 students, Cornerstone Christian College is part of the national CCM network of 16 schools and associated ministries, which together serve communities across five Australian jurisdictions and employ approximately 1,750 staff. Guided by the motto “Educating for Eternity … Equipping for Life,” CCM is committed to providing Christ-centred education that nurtures academic excellence, spiritual growth, character development, and service to others.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working collaboratively with CCM’s Executive team and fellow Principals,
the successful applicant will provide strategic, spiritual, and educational leadership to the College, building on its strong foundations and helping shape its future growth and impact.
