About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Chef de Parties to join the culinary team at The Lakes Hotel on a Full Time basis.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic culinary team within one of Adelaide's leading hospitality destinations, with exposure to a range of dining concepts and professional kitchen environments.

This role is ideal for chefs who take pride in consistency, quality and presentation, enjoy working within a professional brigade, and are looking to continue developing their careers within one of Australia's leading hospitality groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own kitchen section during preparation and service

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail

• Maintain exceptional food presentation and quality standards across all services

• Assist with mise en place, stock rotation and section organisation

• Support stock control and minimise food wastage

• Maintain food safety,



hygiene and WHS standards at all times

• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional guest experiences

About You:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a premium restaurant, hotel or high-volume kitchen

• Ability to confidently manage a section during busy service periods

• Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene and best practices

• Passion for quality ingredients, presentation and consistency

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a qualified kitchen team

• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this role)
