The Role

As a Bookkeeper in our team, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality bookkeeping services while building genuine, lasting client relationships. You'll have autonomy over your workflow, backed by a supportive and experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of external clients, providing full-service bookkeeping
- Deliver accurate, timely BAS preparation and lodgement
- Handle bookkeeping for more complex client accounts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions across your client base
- Maintain a timely lodgement list and contribute to team productivity
- Build and grow positive, long-term client relationships
- Contribute to growth through client referrals




- Support broader team and business goals as needed

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
- Intermediate to high-level bookkeeping skills
- Strong experience with Xero (required)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft 365, including Excel
- Solid understanding of GST, payroll, and tax obligations for Australian businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising directly with clients
- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- A positive, professional approach and a genuine contributor to team culture

Desirable (not essential):

- Experience with Xero & Quickbooks
- Experience with third party apps
- Experience leading or mentoring team members

This is an in-office role based in Robina — remote work is not available.
