We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactiveDuty Managerto join our dynamic team.

Thishands-on, full-time positionincludes:

Overseeing daily operationsacross gaming, food & beverage, and customer service areas

Managing and supporting frontline staffto ensure smooth shift transitions and effective teamwork

Handling cash operationswith accuracy, including daily banking and reconciliation duties and adherence to financial procedures

Delivering exceptional customer experiencesfor all members and guests

Ensuring compliancewith industry legislation, licensing requirements, and internal club policies

Collaborating with the Management teamto implement operational improvements and maintain high standards

Working a rotating rosterwith a variety of shifts, including nights, mornings, weekends, and public holidays, while adhering to a 4-day work week





Managing roster and timesheet managementto ensure accurate staffing and payroll processing

Upholding high standardsof communication, leadership, and organisation to drive operational efficiency

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Minimum2–3 years’ experiencein a similar role, with exposure toGaming, Keno, and Food and Beverage

Current RMLV and Approved Manager’s Licence

Strong understanding of relevantclub industry legislation and standards

Excellentcash handling skillsand attention to detail

Flexibility to workdays, nights, weekends, and public holidays

Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills

The ability tolead and motivatea diverse team
