We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Qualified to join our progressive and innovative team in Parramatta, NSW.

This role is primarily responsible for:

- maximising sales by providing the customer with a complete solution
- provide individualised customer service tailored to each individual customer needs
- provide excellent service to our customers to achieve customer loyalty and company growth




- managing the resourcing for the store to ensure Customers’ needs are being met

To be successful in this role you will have:

- high empathetic and care nature for the diverse needs of our clients
- footwear experience is essential
- previous retail experience is preferred
- strong problem-solving skills
- an ability to stay calm under pressure
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar retail role
- able to travel between stores, when required
- drivers’ licence is essential
- an inspiring, supportive culture
- access to training, no matter what stage of your career you are at
