A well-established service organisation is seeking an experienced QLD Service Managerto lead its Queensland service operation. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a technical background in commercial catering equipment, gas, electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical fittingto take ownership of a team of field technicians and drive operational performance.

About the Role
Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Queensland service division, leading technicians, managing subcontractors, supporting customers, and ensuring service delivery meets operational and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of field service technicians.
- Drive service performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service schedules, resources and subcontractor relationships.
- Support business growth through strong customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor budgets, reporting, warranty approvals and service KPIs.




- Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
- Resolve escalated customer and technical service issues.

About You
To be successful, you will have:

- Experience working on commercial catering equipmentor within a service environment supporting commercial kitchens.
- A background in Gas, Electrical, Refrigeration or Mechanical Fitting.
- 2-3 years' leadership, supervisory or management experience.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing field technicians and coordinating service delivery.
- Sound commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
