Winc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the PM operation of the Distribution Centre, ensuring safe, efficient and productive performance. You will oversee inbound, replenishment and outbound processes, coach a team of coordinators and officers, and drive improvements in productivity and service levels.
You will report to the DC Operations Manager and play a key part in achieving cost efficiency, quality and customer outcomes within a rapid-paced warehouse environment.
