National Workforce is partnering with a leading international manufacturer based in North Wyong. We are looking for experienced Production Workers to join the team, offering full-time hours and a genuine pathway to permanent employment.

The Role:

- You will operate and monitor automated production machinery.
- Your duties include accurately batching and mixing ingredients.
- You will be responsible for packaging and labelling finished goods.
- You must maintain a safe and efficient work environment at all times.

About You:

- You have proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- You are experienced with batching, mixing, and automated machinery.
- Holding a current LF forklift license is highly advantageous.
- You possess a solid work ethic and work well within a team.
