Grand Prix Narangba is seeking a reliable and motivated Storeman / Picker / Packer to join our team on a full-time basis in Narangba, QLD 4504. This is a hands‑on position critical to our operations, ensuring efficient warehouse management, accurate order fulfilment, and timely dispatch of products. You will be the backbone of our logistics operations, working in a fast‑paced manufacturing and transport environment where precision and attention to detail are paramount. This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in warehouse management and logistics whilst contributing directly to our company's success.

Key responsibilities

Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods and materials in accordance with company procedures and safety standards

Locating and picking items from stock according to orders and distribution lists with accuracy and efficiency

Packing items securely into appropriate containers or packaging materials, ensuring products are protected during transit

Labelling and documenting packages clearly with order information, barcodes, and delivery details

Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand pallet jacks, and scanning systems where applicable

Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock counts and reconciliation

Organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout to optimise space, accessibility, and safety

Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, including the safe handling of goods and equipment

Collaborating with team members and other departments to meet daily targets and deadlines

Reporting any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a warehouse, storage, or similar logistics environment

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

Accuracy and attention to detail,



particularly when handling inventory and picking orders

Physical capability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly throughout the day

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (desirable)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and compliance

Reliability and a robust work ethic with a positive attitude

Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software (desirable)

Current or valid driving license (preferred)
