Independent Unit Management – Liverpool NSW

Independent Unit Management (IUM) are seeking a confident and passionate strata manager who is experienced in all aspects of strata management to join our professional team in a well-established business in Liverpool to manage a portfolio of small to medium sized strata schemes across Sydney (mainly Southwest Sydney).

Must be experienced in Strata Management (Class 2 or Class 1 licence).

Must have a driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015.

Excellent eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to build skilled relationships with clients and colleagues.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong problem solving and the ability to work under pressure at times.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and strata management software.

Excellent salary + superannuation+ WFH 1-2 days per week (post-probation).
