- Competitive pay rate: Starting at $49.40/hr with opportunities to increase to $51/hr as you become more experienced with our site and machinery
- Fixed Shifts: Day shift or Afternoon Shift roles available.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities including weekends

What You'll Do

- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Complete activities for production start ups and/or shutdown
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis with automation technicians and engineering
- Work on our automated lines including machinery from: Mondini, Tavil, Bilwinko, Marco, Weber
- Work with our planners and automation technicians to ensure lines are efficient and productive every day

What We're Looking For





- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent)
- Experience with process and packaging equipment advantageous
- Friendly and engaging attitudes to maintenance and production personnel
- Knowledge on pneumatic systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Previous industrial/manufacturing experience preferred
