We’re on the hunt for an energetic, highly organised, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to become a key player in our fast-moving operations team.

Why This Role Matters

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the hub of our service operations – scheduling and coordinating our skilled field technicians and trusted subcontractors. You’ll be the voice our clients hear, the organiser behind the scenes, and the problem-solver who keeps everything on track. Your ability to juggle priorities and build strong relationships will directly shape the customer experience – and their confidence in us.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails – keeping communication clear, skilled, and friendly
- Create and manage work orders, from initial request to final completion
- Schedule and dispatch Ultimate Security technicians and subcontractors with precision
- Keep customers in the loop on job progress and outcomes
- Maintain service records, customer portals, and related documentation
- Process invoices, approve subcontractor payments, and handle credit card transactions
- Respond to enquiries, resolve service issues, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Report safety incidents and follow emergency protocols




- Ensure all actions align with company policies and compliance standards

What You’ll Bring

- Excellent time management and organisation – you thrive when things are busy
- Experience in industries such as electrical, data communication and air conditioning, HVAC, electronic repairs and maintenance of major tech-brands
- Professional communication skills, both over the phone and via email
- A natural customer-first mindset
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work independently while being a great team player
- Confidence with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- SimPro experience and knowledge of security products (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms) is a bonus – but not essential
- A proven track record of staying calm and professional under pressure
