About the Role
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to 2–3 Group 2 Executives within our Retail Division.
This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of a fast-paced executive environment, requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities by managing complex schedules, coordinating key activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day responsibilities.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
What will your day look like?
In this role, you will:
- Provide proactive executive support to 2–3 Group 2 Executives within Retail
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating competing priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation and expense management
- Prepare, review and format executive correspondence, presentations, reports and briefing materials
- Support executive leadership team meetings through agenda preparation, minute-taking and action tracking
- Act as a key liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate business-wide communications and ensure timely follow-up of actions and commitments
- Manage confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism
- Support the planning and execution of leadership offsites, town halls and other strategic events
- Conduct research, compile information and prepare reports to support executive decision-making
- Drive administrative efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Build strong working relationships across the Retail division and broader enterprise
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Significant experience supporting senior executives within a large, complex organisation
- Proven ability to manage multiple, often competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational, planning and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports and communications
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
- Sound judgement, resilience and the ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment
- A high degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs, identify risks and solve problems before they arise
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative working style
