Senior Construction Planner/Planning Manager

As a Senior Construction Planner or Planning Manager you will:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project programs using industry standard planning software
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure realistic and achievable schedules
- Analyse project scope, risks, and constraints to produce accurate timelines and sequencing
- Monitor progress against baseline programs and report on delays, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare short-term and long-term planning strategies across multiple concurrent projects
- Support tender planning, including methodology development and program submissions
What will make you stand out?
- 5+ years' experience as a Planner / Programmer across high end, multi storey residential, commercial, health, and education sectors
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in NSW & QLD markets highly advantageous
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
