Job Description

Atlan Stormwater specializes in stormwater quality improvement and quantity management, with a range of biological systems and engineered products. We have a broad range of products & focus on the complete "treatment train". Our customer base is primarily civil contractors & plumbers. We work with councils, engineers & contractors to provide solutions and after-sales and maintenance of gross pollutant & nutrient capture from stormwater systems in urban environments.

We have national coverage with offices in all states; our NSW office is at Sydney Olympic Park.

The role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to reach out, research, connect, re-engage, and build long-term quality relationships with our clients and prospects to establish a maintenance business.

Working from our Sydney Olympic Park Office you will be:

Contacting existing clients to follow up on the maintenance of our installed products.





Sourcing maintenance business through various methods and generating leads through outbound calls.

No reluctance in initiating and making outbound calls to existing and prospective new clients

Building and maintaining excellent client relationships

Setting up customer agreements in our CRM and ensuring correct details are captured.

Monitor and report competitor intel including price, product, and service

Skills and Experience:

High-level communication skills with a transparent telephone voice and manner

You are naturally a confident individual who is not afraid to pick up the phone

Good personal presentation

Ability to take directions and follow through on assigned tasks while working within a small team, as well as independently
