We're looking for an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our Operations team in a full-time salaried position, offering $80,000-$85,000 plus superannuation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality skilled who enjoys leading from the front, building high-performing teams and creating memorable customer experiences.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the Club across beverage, gaming, reception and general venue operations. You'll lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence and compliance across every shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and motivating a diverse hospitality team

- Supervising daily venue operations across bars, gaming, reception and floor operations





- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving patron concerns professionally

- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members

- Ensuring compliance with RSA, RSG, gaming, liquor and WHS legislation

- Managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling and venue security

- Completing shift reporting and maintaining operational standards

- Assisting with staffing, rostering and performance management

- Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for members and guests

- Supporting promotions, events and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You're an experienced hospitality leader who enjoys working alongside your team and creating a positive workplace culture.

You’ll bring:

- Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or hospitality leadership role

- Outstanding leadership and communication skills

- Strong customer service focus

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities

- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Essential Requirements

- Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)

- Current RSA

- Current RSG

- Current First Aid Certificate

- Approved Manager's Licence (or ability to obtain)

- Current Driver Licence

- Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
