About the Role

Vivid Property Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our cleaning operations across Brisbane. This full-time role, plays a key part in driving service excellence, leading frontline teams, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional operational outcomes every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Developing and executing operational plans that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and performance.
- Managing workforce planning, scheduling, and deployment of cleaning teams.
- Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring we meet service requirements and consistently exceed expectations.
- Monitoring KPIs and site performance, preparing reports, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Recruiting, training, and coaching cleaners and supervisors to build high-performing teams.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental standards, and company policies.




- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and lift standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Significant experience in operations management, ideally within cleaning, facilities, or property services.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving capability and confidence making operational decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience using cleaning management systems, reporting tools, and data-driven decision making.
- Solid knowledge of WHS and industry regulations.
