We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Worker to provide in-home support for a participant requiring assistance with daily living activities.

About the Role

The successful applicant will provide support with:

Personal care, including assistance with showering, dressing, and hygiene.

Safe transfers using a Sara Stedy and hoist (experience with manual handling equipment is essential).

Meal preparation, including planning and preparing nutritious meals.

Domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, tidying, and maintaining a protected home environment.

Transport and support to attend medical and other appointments as required.

Providing respectful, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and choice.

Experience providing personal care and using a Sara Stedy and hoist.

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.





Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Valid Working with Children Check (if required).

Current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle.

Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and follow support plans.
