Mercer is seeking a Senior Incident Manager to join our Operations team in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly.

You will manage incidents end-to-end, conduct root cause analysis, oversee remediation, coordinate with Risk, Compliance, GSD, Trustee Office, Product, and Technology, and support regulator reporting. A tertiary qualification and 5+ years in financial services are essential.
