CSC Group is one of Queensland’s largest multi-sport community clubs, operating currently four licensed clubs (soon to be five), six sporting clubs and supporting multiple other sporting clubs, community groups and individuals every year.
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished senior hospitality leader to lead our newest Club in the Moreton Bay area. This is a rare opportunity to join from day one and shape the Club's future, building a high-performing team and creating an exceptional patron and guest experience from the ground up.
With a genuine blank canvas, you'll bring your own unique leadership style, commercial acumen and operational expertise to establish a thriving Club and leave a lasting legacy in the local community. As part of our broader organisation, you'll play a key role in driving the Club's success and setting the standard for its exciting future. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll have confidence in your abilities but also understand the importance of collaboration. You'll foster strong stakeholder relationships, internally and externally, to achieve the best results for your team, your Club and the wider group.
With a solid hospitality background, you will understand all aspects of the Club, including gaming, food and beverage. You will lead and train your team in providing exceptional customer service, holding our patrons' needs at the forefront of your decision making. In order to provide effective support to your team, you will understand that some evening and weekend work is required and enjoy being hands on in the Club.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Development: Provide effective leadership and support to all team members, fostering a positive, collaborative and safe work environment.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Supporting the growth and development of team members through guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborative Leadership: Be collaborative team player working towards collective success.
- Operation Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club, including financial management, administration, and facilities management.
- Financial Management: Maintaining and monitoring the Club’s financial performance and implementation of plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with members, stakeholders, and the broader community. Including representing the Group at community events, functions, and meetings.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the internal marketing team to drive revenue growth and enhance the offering to our patrons
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies, including those related to gaming, liquor, workplace health and safety and statutory compliance obligations for the club.
About you
- Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring a successful team in a Club environment, minimum of 5-years’ experience at senior manager level
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of the business.
- Strengths in resilience and agility to be able to work under varied & demanding circumstances.
- Ability to influence and encourage change to drive success for the business.
- Successful in building robust relationships with stakeholders.
- Commitment to ensuring a safe working environment and high standards of security.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of financial management and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated experience and good understanding of best practice in performance management.
- Qualifications in frontline and/or hospitality management would be advantageous.
- Current RMLV, and satisfactory National Police Check
