This is an prospect to join a collaborative marketing team where you'll play an important role in delivering personalised customer communications while working alongside local and global teams.
About the Role:
As the CRM Specialist, you'll support the planning, delivery and ongoing improvement of CRM campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Working across eDM, SMS and push notifications, you'll help create customer journeys that drive engagement while using campaign insights to continually improve results.
You'll work closely with teams across marketing, business insights, technology, operations and the Global Centre of Excellence to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and continue to evolve through data and best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of CRM campaigns across the ANZ market.
- Assist with planning and managing the CRM campaign calendar.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Test promotions, offers and audience segments to maximise campaign performance.
- Work with external CRM partners to improve processes and campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with brand and creative teams to deliver engaging customer communications.
- Share insights and learnings with global teams to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular campaign reporting and communicate key results.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and Franchise Partners across Australia and New Zealand.

About You:
You're someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and using data to understand what works. You have a strong eye for detail, enjoy working with different teams and are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
You'll also bring:
- At least 2-5 years' experience delivering CRM campaigns.
- Experience managing campaigns from planning through to execution.
- A solid understanding of CRM best practice across eDM, SMS and push notifications.
- Experience working with customer segmentation and campaign reporting.
- The ability to build strong relationships across marketing, technology and business teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SQL or Python will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
- Experience within retail, QSR or a franchise environment will be beneficial but not essential.
