What you'll be doing

- Travelling to customers' properties to inspect and service septic systems
- Completing service checks and identifying any issues
- Following a daily run sheet
- Completing service documentation accurately
- Providing friendly, skilled customer service




- Representing our business with honesty and professionalism

We're looking for someone who:

- Is reliable and can be trusted to work independently
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Enjoys problem solving
- Has a current driver's licence (essential)
- Is physically fit and able to safely lift concrete lids (up to 20 kg)
- Doesn't mind getting their hands dirty
- Can follow procedures and complete paperwork accurately
- Takes pride in doing quality work

No previous septic experience? That's okay.

We'll provide full training so you can confidently inspect, service and maintain septic systems to our high standards.
