About the role

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you willcoordinate, design, deliver and review learning and development activitiesacross PWDA. This includes managing Go1,



creating accessible online learning,facilitating training and supporting learning administration.

What you’ll do

- Manage PWDA’s Go1 learning platform,including courses, enrolments, records and reporting.
- Create and maintain accessible online learning modules, guides and digital resources.
- Deliver engaging training in person, online and through blended formats.
- Coordinate induction, mandatory training and professional development activities.
- Work with managers and subject matterexperts to identify learning needs and improve learning outcomes.

What you’ll bring

- Experience administering Go1 or acomparable Learning Management System.
- Experience developing online learningmodules and digital learning content.
- Experience delivering accessible andengaging training to adult learners.
- Strong digital literacy,communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Technical troubleshooting andproblem-solving skills.

Desirable: lived or family experience with disability, arelevant qualification, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, orexperience in the not-for-profit, disability, community services or healthsectors.
