EVDealer Group (EVDG) BYD is expanding rapidly, with 90+ sites nationwide and growing, and we're looking for a high-impact Training & Performance Coach to elevate capability, drive performance, strengthen customer experience, and embed best-practice standards across our dealer network.

This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk job. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and influential. You'll be working directly with dealer leadership and sales teams, helping them lift capability, sharpen performance, improve NPS outcomes, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across the country.

About the Role

As Training & Performance Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting national training delivery, performance analysis, customer experience initiatives, and process improvement programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Deliver engaging training (virtual and face-to-face) across the national dealer network
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and uplift results
- Coach dealerships through improvement programs, including underperforming sites




- Drive NPS and customer experience improvement initiatives across the dealer network
- Analyse customer feedback and NPS trends to identify opportunities and support dealerships in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Facilitate strategy and performance sessions with senior leaders and sales teams
- Design practical, creative training content and resources
- Travel interstate for site visits, training, and performance interventions
- Assist the National Training & Performance Manager as required

About You

You will ideally bring:

- Previous high-performing experience in automotive sales (essential)
- Experience in sales management and a strong understanding of dealership operations (highly desirable - not essential)
- Background in training, coaching, or performance roles within automotive or a similar industry
- Strong capability in data analytics, performance metrics, and reporting
- The ability to translate data into clear actions and coaching conversations
- Experience supporting customer experience and NPS improvement outcomes
- A creative approach to training design and content development
- Confidence delivering training both virtually and face-to-face
- Willingness and flexibility to travel interstate as required and internationally on occasion
