Terrigal Hotel is a standout large-format venue currently undergoing major renovation on the Central Coast.

We’re currently seeking a motivated, reliable and career-driven Supervisor / Duty Manager to support our management team and help lead day-to-day operations across the venue. We’re open to both full-time and casual applicants, depending on experience and availability.

With multiple bars, a busy restaurant offering, indoor and outdoor areas, plus TAB and gaming, Terrigal Hotel is a fast‑paced environment with a strong team culture and plenty of room for growth. Backed by a supportive, family‑owned hotel group, this role is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up and build a long‑term career in hospitality management.

About You

- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service




- Previous experience in hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)
- Outstanding attention to detail and a hands‑on approach
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Solid food and beverage knowledge
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualifications
