DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate business and continue to exceed the store's YOY revenue targets through strategic planning and active floor management.
- Deliver impactful inductions and ongoing coaching for your team. Conduct regular staff performance evaluations to foster a high-performing, positive, and highly engaged work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. You will complete daily administrative duties, including end-of-day banking, and ensure the store is fully secured at closing (alarms set, doors and safes locked).
- Take ownership of your showroom by maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards, managing inventory levels to minimise shrinkage, and actively assisting with the safe manual handling of incoming stock.
- Lead from the front by working a adaptable roster that meets the needs of the business, which includes working a minimum of one weekend day per week.
