Our client is a fast-growing retailer and product developer based in Artarmon, Sydney, specialising in outdoor gear for camping, caravanning and 4WDing, as well as technical landscaping solutions including irrigation, drainage, lighting, sealers and cleaners. They work with leading brands such as Hunter, Rain Bird, Hide and Stain Proof, alongside their own in-house products, supporting both retail and trade customers who share a passion for the outdoors. Part of a small, collaborative team, this is an exciting time to join a business with huge growth forecast over the next five years.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to be the first point of contact for both retail and trade customers, providing technical product advice, preparing quotes, and supporting the business's online and in-store operations.

Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:





- Providing product advice and technical support (training provided)
- Handling enquiries by phone, email, in-store and at the trade counter
- Preparing and following up quotes to win new and repeat business
- Managing online orders, fulfilment and stock via Shopify & Cin7
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the team

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Available to work on-site full-time in Artarmon
- A genuine passion for the outdoors, camping, 4WDing or landscaping
- Strong communication skills and good computer literacy
- A proactive, customer-focused team player
