Qualified Electrician / Data & Communications Tech – Bailey & Dalton Electrical (Sunshine Coast)

Bailey & Dalton Electrical is growing, and we’re looking for a Qualified Electrician to join our team, delivering high-quality commercial & council-based projects across the Sunshine Coast. If you’re a Licensed Electrician with an open cablers / structured cabling / optical fibre, (Highly Regarded) we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do

Install, maintain, fault-find, and repair, electrical and split systems across commercial and council sites

Carry out electrical works including switchboards, controls, upgrades, and compliance tasks

Diagnose faults efficiently and provide effective, long-term solutions

Complete testing, commissioning, and compliance documentation to a high standard

Collaborate with our Operations Manager, Scheduler, Warehouse & Technicians to deliver quality outcomes

Champion safety, quality, and professionalism while contributing to our positive team culture

What you’ll bring

Current QLD Electrical License

Current Open Cablers / Structured Cabling / Optical Fibre (Highly Desirable)

Demonstrated experience in commercial and/or council environments

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of AS/NZS standards, WHS, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication, time-management,



and customer service skills

White Card and current driver’s licence

Additional tickets such as EWP, LVR/CPR highly regarded
