About the Role

Working alongside our experienced Sales Consultants, you will play an integral role in supporting the sales process while gaining valuable industry experience. Rather than managing your own commissioned sales from day one, you will focus on creating exceptional customer experiences, generating quality leads and providing administrative support that contributes to the success of the wider Sales team.

As one of Queensland's leading residential builders, AUSMAR is on track to contract and build approximately 350 homes across the business this year, with around 250 homes delivered through our Standard Homes division—the team you will be joining.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and engaging customers at our display homes.

Hosting display homes and providing a positive first impression of the AUSMAR brand.

Managing customer enquiries and maintaining accurate lead information.

Booking appointments for Sales Consultants.

Following up customer enquiries and nurturing prospective clients.

Cold calling and re-engaging existing leads within our database.





Assisting with House & Land Package administration.

Supporting multiple display home locations as required.

Working collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve shared outcomes.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a customer-focused role.

Is confident communicating with a wide range of people.

Has a genuine, friendly and approachable personality.

Is highly motivated and eager to build a long-term career.

Is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Presents professionally and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Holds a current driver's licence and is willing to work across multiple display locations.

What We Offer

Competitive salary of $65,000 plus superannuation.

Performance incentives including $500 lead-generation overriders for customer contacts and appointments that progress to a Preliminary Sales Estimate (PSE) deposit.

Working Hours
