As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated Field Sales Rep to join our field team.

The Role:

You'll be out in hail‑affected communities, identifying homes that may have damage and engaging directly with homeowners to introduce our service. The right person is confident, self‑motivated, excellent in conversation, and driven to hit goals and progress quickly.

What You'll Do:

- Engage face‑to‑face with potential clients




- Clearly communicate our service and how it benefits them
- Confidently handle questions and objections
- Guide interested homeowners through sign‑up and hand them to our claims team
- Complete paperwork and lodge claims online or by phone
- Build genuine rapport and represent TPM professionally

What You'll Bring:

- Energy, drive and a want to win — no experience required
- Confidence starting conversations with new people
- Well‑presented and professional
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Comfortable working outdoors, on your feet, in QLD conditions
- Basic understanding of insurance or roofing is a plus, not required
