We’re seeking Commis Chefs to support daily operations in The Kitchen and Bravo Bar. If you’re enthusiastic, professional, and love providing great customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Your Day Will Include:

- Working in a designated section as directed by the Head Chef

- Supporting and mentoring apprentice chefs in their development

- Preparing ingredients and mise en place for upcoming service periods

- Contributing creative ideas and specials to showcase your culinary flair

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area while upholding food safety standards

- Assisting with monthly stocktakes and kitchen organisation

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

- Proven experience in a commercial kitchen

- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

- Passion for great food and attention to detail

- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills

- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
