Nurseco is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing community nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys working independently, building meaningful relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community.
We provide nursing services throughout the greater Brisbane area.
Applicants must reside on Brisbane's Northside. Due to the nature of community nursing and travel requirements between client visits, applications from candidates living outside this area will not be considered.
About the Role
As a Community Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes and community settings, supporting their health, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Applicants must be available to work between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm, with casual shifts available across weekdays.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 1 year of post-registration clinical nursing experience
- Demonstrated experience performing catheter care, including indwelling and suprapubic catheter management
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Desirable
- Experience in community nursing, disability, or aged care
- Experience in wound care and continence management
- Knowledge of person-centred care principles
