We're known for being practical, responsive and easy to do business with. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised Weighbridge & Logistics Coordinator to become the central link between our customers, drivers, logistics operations and quarries.

About the Role

As Weighbridge & Logistics Coordinator, you are the operational hub of our business.

You will coordinate customer orders, deliveries, transport scheduling and weighbridge activities while supporting a high level of customer service across the Bayrange Group.

Your role will include:

- Coordinating customer orders and deliveries
- Scheduling and allocating company and subcontractor trucks




- Managing weighbridge operations and transaction processing
- Ensuring delivery documentation and dockets are accurate
- Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries and changes
- Supporting logistics planning and fleet utilisation
- Maintaining compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Producing operational reports and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with quarry supervisors, drivers and management
- Helping ensure customers receive outstanding service every day
