Join Our Team as a Revenue Officer

Your role as a Revenue Officer is to guide and assist our customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our rating and debtor databases in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Embrace our values and contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Your Profile

- Demonstrated experience in accurately entering and maintaining high volumes of data into a database.
- Strong customer service experience in debt recovery including negotiating payment arrangements in accordance with Debt Recovery Policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.





Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks, and will also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check. Employment is subject to clearance of all these checks.

- Package: Competitive salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
- Hours of work: Temporary Full Time. Opportunity is expected to be available until mid December 2026. You will have the option of a 19 day month through Council’s flex system.
