Your Role

endota Assistant Spa Managers are passionate about leading and nurturing the team of therapists as well as, providing a diverse range of wellness experiences to our clients that improve their wellbeing.

As the Assistant Spa Manager, you are responsible for:

- Leading by example by performing advanced skin treatments, massage, body treatments and other beauty services.
- Advising clients on products that meet their skincare needs.
- Supports the Spa Manager with overall day to day operations of the spa.

Your Skills & Experience

As an endota therapist, you are willing to share your time, experience, andexpertise- not only for the valuable of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.

- You hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy withpreviousindustry experience.
- You are dedicated to the wellbeing industry & providing immersive experiences for our clients.
- You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy.
- You are a professional who cares about the quality of service delivered to your clients.




- You havestrong communicationskills and excellent personal presentation standards.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge andexpertisefor client and personal satisfaction.
- You have availability to work late nights and weekends.
