The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and people focused Advertising Consultant to join our Broken Hill based team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients, building relationships, and developing a career in media and sales. Previous media or advertising experience is not required.

You will be supported with training, mentoring, and proven systems to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Work with local businesses to promote their products and services
- Manage and grow an existing client base while identifying new opportunities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Provide advertising solutions using established templates and tools
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on client needs

- Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
- Are organised and able to manage your time effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally (especially on the phone)
- Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Have an eye for presentation and attention to detail
- Are motivated, reliable, and keen to learn
- Have sales or customer service experience (helpful, but not essential)
