We are recruiting experienced Construction Labourers for a range of projects across the Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast region. We're looking for reliable, hard-working people who are confident on site, take initiative, and work well as part of a busy construction team. If you have solid construction experience and enjoy contributing to the smooth delivery of projects, this is a great chance to secure steady work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Carrying out general construction and site labouring duties
- Assisting with site set-up, pack-down, and distribution of materials
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Performing manual handling, lifting, and moving of materials
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite
- Following supervisor instructions and reading site plans
- Adhering to all WHS and site safety requirements
- Working rostered hours, with overtime as required

What You’ll Need:

- Current Construction White Card (mandatory)
- Previous experience in construction as a Trade Assistant or Labourer
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Ability to confidently use hand and power tools
- Strong understanding of site safety practices
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual tasks
- Additional tickets (Forklift, Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP)
