What You’ll Be Doing

As a Field Service Technician, you will:

Carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintenance on a range of agricultural and construction equipment in the field and workshop.

Provide expert technical support to customers, helping maximise machine performance, reliability and uptime.

Accurately document all work completed, including parts used and labour time.

Travel to customer sites and respond to service and breakdown requests as required.

Build strong customer relationships through professional service and technical expertise.





Contribute to a culture of safety, continuous improvement and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

Trade qualified as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic or equivalent.

Has experience working on heavy diesel, mobile plant, construction and/or agricultural equipment.

Brings strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.

Has field service experience or a strong desire to develop a career in field service.

Is passionate about the construction, earthmoving or agricultural industries and enjoys working with customers to solve problems.

Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Is eager to learn and develop, with training and support available for the right candidate.

This role requires specific certifications or licenses; we’ll request them later in the recruitment process.
