Compare the Market, in partnership with iSelect, is seeking an IT Operations Engineer in Brisbane to join the Service Management team. You’ll be the first point of contact for end-user IT support, ensuring teams stay productive, secure, and connected.
You’ll perform Level 1 support, manage user accounts across Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365, monitor tickets against SLAs, and assist with laptops, mobile devices, printers and AV equipment.
