About the Role

Weare currently looking for an experienced Full Time Bar Manager / Front of HouseManager to join our team. Key duties will include:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the clubhouse bar and cellar facilities
- Supervising front of house operations during daily trade and events
- Ensuring high customer service standards are consistently delivered
- Recruiting, training and supporting front of house and bar staff
- Training staff across beverage service, bar operations and barista functions
- Coordinating bar operations with kitchen and food preparation teams




- Managing stock levels, ordering processes and cellar operations
- Monitoring beverage costs, stock control and revenue performance
- Managing supplier relationships and beverage purchasing requirements
- Ensuring accurate cash handling and point of sale reconciliation procedures
- Maintaining compliance with RSA, RCG and WHS requirements
- Reviewing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Maintaining presentation standards across all service and bar areas
- Assisting with member functions, events and golf day hospitality services
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across front of house operations

Thisrole will be reporting directly to our Club House Operations Manager.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who:

- Has previous experience in hospitality, bar or front of house management
- Holds current RSA and RCG certifications
- Has experience using point of sale systems, ideally Senpos
- Has barista experience or willingness to develop these skills
- Has current Australian working rights
- Has flexibility to work weekends
