Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Space Rental team based at our Luscombe Branch.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll coordinate modular building deliveries, installations and retrofit projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate building deliveries,



installations and retrofit projects.
- Supervise trades, subcontractors and site activities.
- Conduct site inspections and develop installation methodologies.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with customers, project teams and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues and keep projects on track.

About You

You may currently be a Carpenter, Leading Hand or Site Supervisor looking to step off the tools and continue building your leadership career.

You'll bring:

- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or working towards it).
- White Card and Site Supervisor Licence.
- Solid understanding of construction and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
- Previous experience with modular or transportable buildings will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
