To support our expanding national footprint, we are growing our dedicated home loan division: Jade Mortgages. Operating under the trusted Jade Finance banner, we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor / Broker Support Specialist to manage our loan pipeline from submission right through to settlement.

As our Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be the engine room of our residential mortgage division. Working alongside our Senior Mortgage Broker, your primary mission is to ensure every loan file moves swiftly, accurately, and seamlessly through credit assessment to formal approval and settlement.

detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor / Broker Support Specialist to manage our loan pipeline from submission right through to settlement.

As our Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be the engine room of our residential mortgage division. Working alongside our Senior Mortgage Broker, your primary mission is to ensure every loan file moves swiftly, accurately, and seamlessly through credit assessment to formal approval and settlement.

What You'll Do:

- End-to-End Processing: Manage files post-consultation through CRMs—packaging applications, verifying supporting documents, and submitting to bank/non-bank lenders.
- Lender & Assessor Liaison: Actively chase credit assessors, BDMs, and valuations to push files through conditional and formal approval without delay.
- Client & Pipeline Communication: Provide timely, reassuring updates to clients, conveyancers, and real estate agents throughout the settlement journey.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Conduct thorough document checks (PAYS, bank statements, financial statements) to ensure files strictly meet responsible lending criteria before submission.
- Settlement Coordination: Track conditions, prepare settlement schedules, and ensure a smooth loan release.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive administrator who loves logistics, understands lender policies, and thrives on getting files approved.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in loan processing, broker support, or a CSO role within a mortgage brokerage or banking environment.
- Tech Competency: Proficiency with industry aggregators and CRMs
- Lender Knowledge: Valuable working understanding of credit documentation and submission standards across major and non-bank lenders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail and compliance when reviewing income documents and loan applications.
- Communication & Persistence: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, paired with the polite persistence needed to chase lenders.
- Memberships & Continuous Learning: MFAA/FBAA membership or willingness to join (annual membership fees fully covered by Jade Finance).
- Work Rights: Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
