Hastings Deering (Sime) is seeking a motivated engineering graduate for a two-year development program designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines and operational areas. Rotations will span electrical and mechatronic-focused projects in a large, global organisation.
Participants develop technical and qualified skills through mentoring, structured learning activities and real project exposure, with a pathway to permanent roles at program completion.
